From the collaboration between Unicity, Fondazione Guspini per la Vita and San Consulting S.a.s. comes T.A.B. (Telematic Assisted Bed), the solution of remote medical assistance which offers a new system of video-consultation of high quality.
Doctor and patient can interact at distance through the following modalities:
. remote home examination (T.A.B. Home Visit): the patient uses at home a portable equipment so that the doctor can examine him at distance;
. remote ambulatory clinic (T.A.B. Remote Ambulatory): the clinic is equipped with video cameras commanded at distance by the doctor, who can adapt zoom, slant or brightness in accordance with the situation.
The web based filing system enables the doctor to fill the medical sheet directly on line and to accede to the saved information from any internet station.
It is also possible to integrate different typologies of multimedia documents, as images of high-definition, to facilitate the consultation and reconstruction of patient’s case history.
